Welcome to the Lakes at Equestrian Homeowners Association
Located off West Brannon Road and Keene Road, just minutes from downtown Lexington, Kentucky and near the great restaurants and shopping, the Lakes at Equestrian Homeowners Association, Inc. filed their Article of Incorporation with the State of Kentucky in 2004 as a non-profit organization.
The Lakes at Equestrian Homeowners Association consist of a little over 75 homes in the development.
The Lakes at Equestrian HOA, is a single family home, phase I development.
The association has 3 beautiful fountains that are tucked between the homes outlining Stable Way.
